I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with very favorable prices. The rooms, especially the Junior suite, were beautifully decorated with red flowers, but I was not supplied with disposable tools like a shaving kit, toothbrushes, or comb. The service from all staff, starting from the doorman to the bellman and reception staff, was so polite and helpful. Special shoutout to Romeo and Honey for being very professional, friendly, and accommodating. The location was not the best for easy access, but it was perfect for relaxation, especially with the mosque nearby for prayer. The dining experience had limited options, but the workers were really nice and provided perfect service. I'll be sending a direct email to booking about that. Overall, a great hotel with friendly service and beautiful room decor.
The hotel is located facing the sea and offers a good location with nearby dining options, though the odd shape of the building results in the pool being in constant shadow. The rooms were always clean & tidy but smaller than surrounding hotels. Despite this, the room was well-equipped with comfortable furniture.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were amazing with a separate living room and bedroom, clean, spacious, and well-stocked with complimentary products. The service was top-notch, and the beach and swimming pool exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, right by the beautiful beach area, and the staff, especially Ms. Rubina, made my stay truly memorable. Although the dining was okay, it could have been better. The facilities were great, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

However, my early check-in request for a birthday celebration was not accommodated. The service was exceptional, especially from Mr Romeo, Honey, and Yulia at reception. The location was convenient with a lovely pool area and helpful staff like Kapil. The dining experience was mixed, with a flavorful breakfast but repetitive dinner buffet.
The hotel is not up to the standard of a 5-star property, and the room waiting time upon arrival was quite long, though compared to other famous 5-star hotels in the country, it falls short. The service, especially from Anu who upgraded us, was exceptional, yet the policy regarding providing water needs improvement.

Despite some cleanliness issues, the location is fantastic for beach access and outdoor dining, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere under the moon and sunrise.
